1st February– Our first day back for 2026.

Come and Try Day

9.00am – 10.00am new Beginners class information session.

10.00am – 11.30am “Come & Try Activities “ for ALL members. This session will be an opportunity for everyone to try some activities like Rally, Obedience, Agility, Tricks; or to just observe others and ask questions.

11.30 am – welcome back lunch for all members. There will be an opportunity for members who are yet to nominate into a class to do this.

8th February

Weekly classes will commence for the year. There will be some instructor changes at this stage.

There will be a farewell morning tea for Jean at 11am, (one of our Beginners instructors) who is leaving us to move to NSW.

Specialist Classes

Foundation Agility will commence on 8 February. Information to come.

Tricks class and Rally classes are all on hold at this stage (as previously advised).

Heat Policy

Our heat policy will be enacted over the first months of the year to ensure the safety of all members and their dogs. On days of extreme heat, classes will be cancelled if the temperature is forecast to be 30 or above (Darnum BOM app) at the start time of each class. If this occurs, classes will be cancelled by 6pm Saturday and advertised on facebook and our website. The club encourages members to be sun safe to ensure that everyone can enjoy training.
